I'm wondering if mc is indeed the reincarnation of the medicine deity. The guy has no shadow, those marks on his shoulder are not lightning marks since white hair girl said she knows what lightning marks looks like and the marks on mcs arms grow everytime he releases divine powers so it's not only a lightning mark plus not to mention that that warned can only be held by a deity. Also he is the only person in this world that can use divine power as said in one of the previous episodes which is how the church was able to track him down. Either mc is the reincarnation of the medicine deity who reincarnated multiple times which is why he doesn't have his memories as the medicine deity or I'm guessing the medicine deity probably died or quit his post as a god and gave his abilities to mc.
